Emotions are an intricate part of our anatomy & physiology. They are meant to be heard, felt, honored, and allowed to move through us like water moving through a stream or a river. When we ignore or swallow our emotions, they can get stuck in our tissues, piling up over time, and eventually creating unnecessary extra strain inside of us on many levels -physical, mental, and energetic.
